    • Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

5. Product Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns can be made for a full refund or equal exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the items back to us. Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
