Cancellation Policy

At Moonlight Skin Studio, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of care and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice Required

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $150 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule, and may still be subject to the cancellation fee.
